The grade is a 1¼Cr–½Mo forging steel for high-temperature service. Chromium adds oxidation resistance and molybdenum lifts creep strength. Refinery, boiler and steam header buyers ask for this chemistry by name. We hold weld neck, blind, slip on and socket weld patterns. Loose, threaded, reducing and RTJ patterns are forged against order. Class 1 is annealed and Class 2 is normalised and tempered. Both classes are stocked and tagged as separate heat lots. Every despatch carries an EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate. A 3.2 certificate with third-party witness is available on request. We move this range to Jamnagar, Vadodara, Chennai and Kandla.
