Yes. 410 is martensitic stainless, so it responds to a magnet. Austenitic Grade 8 washers do not.

What is the highest working temperature?
Scaling resistance runs to about 650°C, but strength tapers from 400°C onward, so 480°C is the sensible ceiling for a live bolted joint.

Yes. Hardened and tempered at 565–605°C gives 25–31 HRC. State the condition on the PO and it is certified to that band.
