Nickel 200 is the commercially pure, low-carbon wrought nickel that caustic-soda plants, chlor-alkali cells and cryogenic lines specify when even trace corrosion by-products cannot be tolerated in the process stream. Unlike alloyed nickel grades, its 99.2% purity keeps caustic embrittlement and stress-corrosion cracking off the table entirely below 315°C. We forge every ASTM B564 fitting in-house from certified low-carbon bar stock, machine and thread it per MSS SP-79 / MSS SP-83, then anneal and test before it ships. Ready stock runs on Class 3000 sizes 1/8″ to 2″, with custom classes and drawing-specific dimensions available on request.
